This Workshop is a 5 hours self-exploration of issues or concerns that arise in your day-to-day life. This method offers a unique opportunity for personal growth, learning and healing in a safe space. Here are some of the things we can bring to work on:

Insights into what’s really happening in our lives

Dealing with psychological trauma and pain

Coping with illnesses

Finding better solutions for ourselves

Leaving in good relationships

Workshop program:

• 14:00 Hellos and short intro.
• 14:30 Individual and group exercises.
• 16:30 Tea time.
• 17:00 Session in the centre: One of the group members will be chosen to work on his/her issue in a group session.

Why doing it? Because you deserve a life changing experience with a proven method which can alleviate problems and issues you may carry. People have described this work as "an enriching experience" that is "unexpectedly powerful".

When? Saturday Sept. 23th; 14:00-19:00

Where? Espaço Sideral. Av. Afonso Delambert 885, Lagoa da Conceição (ao lado do Messkla Café), Florianópolis.

How much? R$190 per person and a chance to win a full group session.

What is family constellations? Systemic Family Constellation work is a type of facilitated self-help method based on the idea that problems may sift down through generations to cause stress in the present moment. It posits that when we examine our feelings and perceptions in a "field of knowing”, we can break out of familial patterns that cause suffering and being healing and resolution to our troubles.
